For families seeking uninterrupted, expert-level care from the moment your baby arrives, our 24-Hour Maternity Nurses provide complete, round-the-clock support — living in for the early weeks or months to guide you, care for your baby, and establish healthy routines from day one.

✦ Complete 24-hour live-in care — your Maternity Nurse resides with you, providing full care day and night. Feeding, changing, bathing, settling, monitoring — every aspect of your baby’s care is handled with expertise and gentle devotion.

✦ Feeding expertise & lactation guidance — supporting breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or combination feeding; helping establish supply, perfect latching, and build a sustainable routine that works for you and your baby.

✦ Rest & recovery for parents — your nurse takes full responsibility overnight, so you sleep deeply and heal. You remain fully involved during the day, bonding and learning — while waking refreshed each morning.

✦ Gentle routine & sleep foundation — establishing consistent, healthy patterns from birth. Feeding times, awake windows, settling techniques — all built to help your baby thrive and sleep beautifully long-term.

✦ Education & confidence-building — you learn every skill alongside an expert. Bathing, dressing, soothing, recognising cues — so when your nurse leaves, you feel fully confident and capable.

✦ Highly qualified & experienced professionals — certified Maternity Nurses with proven track records, personally interviewed, DBS-verified, reference-checked, and fully trained in neonatal care, infant first aid, and safeguarding.

Typically engaged for 4 to 12 weeks from birth — though flexible arrangements can be made to suit your family. A handover period ensures you feel confident and prepared before they leave.

All candidates will have an up to date paediatric first aid certificate and an enhanced DBS disclosure. Maternity nurses usually charge between £250 – £400 per 24 hours gross (for singles),  £290 – £450 per 24 hours gross (for twins), and £350 – £450+ per 24 hours gross (for triplets), depending on experience.
