Twins or Triplet Maternity Nurse
Welcoming twins or triplets is extraordinary — and uniquely demanding. Our Specialist Twins & Triplet Maternity Nurses bring proven expertise in caring for multiple newborns simultaneously. With calm efficiency, advanced organisation, and specialist knowledge, they bring order, confidence, and rest to your family during those critical early weeks.
Duties include help with feeding, bathing, changing and settling the babies, as well as taking care of the babies’ laundry and the nursery.
At Willow & Co, we understand that multiples require more than love — they need synchronised routines, tandem-feeding expertise, and the ability to care for two or three babies at once with equal devotion. We place only professionals who have done this before — beautifully.
What We Offer
✦ Specialist experience with multiples — proven track record caring for twins, triplets, or higher-order multiples. Skilled in managing simultaneous feeding, settling, bathing, and care with calm and confidence.
✦ Tandem feeding expertise — guiding you through breastfeeding two or three babies at once, establishing bottle-feeding rhythms, synchronising feeds, and managing supply, latching, and weight-gain monitoring for each infant individually.
✦ Synchronised routines & sleep — creating workable, balanced patterns so babies feed, sleep, and settle together. Expertly managing differing weights, rhythms, or needs — bringing harmony where it matters most.
✦ Rest & recovery for parents — 24-hour or overnight care so you sleep deeply while your babies are expertly tended. Detailed logs for each baby — feeds, nappies, weight, and observations — so you stay fully informed without exhaustion.
✦ Health monitoring & reassurance — vigilant tracking of each baby’s progress, including lower birth weights, feeding frequency, jaundice, reflux, and settling differences. Early recognition of concerns with professional reassurance.
✦ Education & confidence-building — teaching you how to manage multiples with grace and organisation. Hands-on guidance so when your nurse departs, you feel capable, prepared, and confident caring for your growing family.
✦ Fully qualified & vetted specialists — NNEB, NCS, MNT, or equivalent maternity-qualified professionals with specific multiples experience. Personally interviewed, DBS-verified, reference-checked, and paediatric first-aid trained.
Typically engaged for 4–12 weeks from birth, with flexible live-in or overnight arrangements. For triplets or premature multiples, we may recommend a team approach — two specialists working in tandem — ensuring each baby receives the attention and care they deserve.
