24-Hour Live-In Maternity Nurses

Uncompromising, round-the-clock newborn care and postnatal guidance in the comfort of your home.

The arrival of a newborn is a transformative moment that benefits from expert, reassuring support. Willow & Co. places elite, live-in 24-Hour Maternity Nurses (Maternity Practitioners) who provide full-spectrum care for both baby and mother during the initial 4 to 12 weeks post-birth.

Residing in your home and working on a 24-hour cycle (typically with a designated 3 to 4 hour rest period daily), your Maternity Nurse manages every aspect of infant care, night feeds, and nursery organization. They establish gentle, predictable routines tailored to your family's lifestyle while ensuring mothers receive the essential rest needed for complete postnatal recovery.

The nurse manages feeding, changing, and settling the baby, but they sleep when the baby sleeps throughout the day and night in the nursery or an adjacent room.

The 3–4 Hour Break: This is a continuous block of off-duty time (usually during the afternoon when the mother or primary caregiver takes over) where the nurse leaves the residence, rests uninterrupted, or handles personal errands.
