Fees & Payment

Weekly Agency Fee

£35 per week — paid to Willow Private Staffing

✅ The Night Nanny's rate / salary is PAID DIRECTLY by YOU to them — separate, direct payment

✅ You agree their nightly rate directly with the Night Nanny — we do NOT set their pay

❌ We do NOT handle their wages, tax, or National Insurance

❌ We do NOT tell them what hours to work — agreed directly between you

Important Information — How It Works

Willow & Co Private Staffing is an introduction and referral service.

All professionals introduced under Temporary Care are self-employed and work directly with your family. You agree their hours, duties, and rates directly with them, and pay them directly. They are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance.
