Operating typically on 10-to-12-hour day shifts, our specialists deliver expert guidance on newborn care, recovery, feeding routines, and infant development while seamlessly integrating into your household.

The Willow & Co. Newborn Standard

Elite Qualifications: Sourced from OCN (Open College Network) Level 4–7 certifications, pediatric nursing, or midwifery backgrounds.

Tailored Guidance: Adapts strictly to your parenting philosophy—offering gentle guidance without overriding family preferences.

Discretion & Safety: Paediatric First Aid certified, thoroughly background-checked, and bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Weekly Agency Fee — £35

✅ This £35 per week is OUR AGENCY FEE ONLY — for finding, vetting, matching, and ongoing support

✅ The nurse’s rate / salary is PAID DIRECTLY by YOU to them — separate, direct payment

✅ You agree their nightly rate directly with the Night Nanny — we do NOT set their pay

❌ We are NOT the employer — we are an introduction and referral service

❌ We do NOT handle their wages, tax, or National Insurance

❌ We do NOT tell them what hours to work — agreed directly between you

All professionals introduced under Temporary Care are self-employed and work directly with your family. You agree their hours, duties, and rates directly with them, and pay them directly. They are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance.
